Student Recruitment Management:

To manage the team of marketing staff to achieve overall student enrolment target per intake as specified by management for UCSI Schools Subang Jaya.
To work with principal and management to set enrolment targets and organize resource to achieve the stretched targets.
To spearhead digital, social media, messaging and telemarketing campaign during recruitment period.
To spearhead the business development for present and new projects.
To continuously identify and diversify new student recruitment sources and market niches to meet enrolment target.
To seek new recruitment agents and ensure excellent service and support given to agents.

Marketing Management:

To present and service with integrity and honesty.
To surpass the expectations of the customers and prospects.
To be innovative, creative and responsible in executing your tasks.
Forming a mutually beneficial relationship in a climate of trust and respect with our stakeholders.
Maintain a knowledge of current company policies, procedures and marketing campaigns.
To initiate and evaluate marketing strategies for UCSI Schools Subang Jaya.
To initiate and evaluate various school and education centres outreach and community programmes.
To initiate and evaluate various co-branding marketing activities and events with the external parties.
To conceptualize, plan and execute effective marketing advertisement in particular digital marketing).
To deploy internal and external resources to ensure successful engagements of schools and related organisations.
To plan and evaluate the public relation and media communication strategies.
To deploy internal and external resources to ensure successful recruitment activities.
To observe the national and international market movement and be alert on the competitors’ movement in the market. To initiate and evaluate event and relationship marketing strategies for UCSI Schools Subang Jaya.

Services and Administrative

To conduct market survey and prepare market analysis quarterly.
To maintain process and operational efficiency of the department as well as keeping the team motivated.
To ensure all the marketing reports are complete on a timely manner.
To ensure sufficient resources to cope with the internal and external activities.

Team Development & People Management:

Mentors, coaches and directs key personnel in marketing.
To provide leadership, direction, coordination and support to the team.
Promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality and speed.
Mentors and develops staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis.
Establishes and monitors staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals, and administer salary adjustments.

Development:

To assist in the development projects and programmes of activities undertaken by the Marketing such as:
The implementation of customer feedback survey / feedback.
Any other projects that may arise from time to time.

To carry out such other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the person acting on behalf of UCSI Schools Subang Jaya.
