- Provide guidance and support to children in a residential living environment.
- Monitor the safety and well-being of the children in a residential setting.
- Create a nurturing and positive home environment.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the residential setting.
- Plan and organize recreational activities for the children.
- Provide supervision and guidance for children's growth and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
- Provide educational and social support to the children.
- Full-time stay in Houseparent.
